DACHUG is a hospitality company that transforms existing buildings into sustainable, high-tech places to stay. The name comes from its founders — D'Acunto and Huys — and the way they work: architecture and environmental responsibility, treated as one discipline.

Where we stand for

Europe does not need more new buildings. It needs the buildings it already has to work far better. Roughly three quarters of the existing stock is energy-inefficient, and most of it will still be standing in 2050.

DACHUG exists to close that gap in hospitality. We acquire and renovate characterful buildings, cut their energy demand dramatically, and layer in the technology that keeps them running intelligently — then operate them as places people genuinely want to stay.

Buildings should think. We integrate building management, sensors and automation from the first sketch, so energy, comfort and maintenance are steered by data instead of guesswork.

Heat pumps, heat recovery, PV, smart glazing, digital access and room control — proven technology, carefully specified and properly commissioned.

We manage the whole chain: acquisition, design, permitting, construction and operation. One accountable partner, clear budgets, honest timelines.
